A big thank you to Alitex for our new cold frame

A very big thank you to Alitex for generously donating a wonderful double cold-frame, which made its way from the Chelsea Flower Show, to the Hampton Court Flower show, to Goodwood and finally to live with us in the Harefield Healing Garden. Together, with the new Potting Shed from Crane Garden Buildings, they have become the heart of our healing garden, making the garden more sustainable and accessible for everyone.

Our goal has always been to offer a serene natural retreat for patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff. Looking ahead, we’re committed to ensuring the garden thrives. The cold frame is a game-changer, enabling us to promote plants, expand our wildflower meadows, and host more activities. Most importantly, it enhances the healing power of our garden for all.
